Description
30-Foot Trench Span with 10-Ton Throughput: Engineered with a 30-foot air delivery manifold, the M30G typically consumes between 7 and 10 tons of logs, root balls, and vegetative slash per hour directly over an on-site earthen pit.
EPA Method 9 Compliance via Secondary Combustion: Its high-velocity air curtain acts as a fluid lid over the trench, trapping unburned hydrocarbons and particulate matter so they re-circulate into the 1,800°F–2,000°F burn zone, running nearly smoke-free to meet strict local and federal clean air mandates.
Massive Operational Cost Reductions: By eliminating the need to haul debris to landfills or run high-wear horizontal wood grinders—which suffer heavy teeth and screen damage from dirt-caked root balls—the M30G drastically cuts fuel, transport, and maintenance overhead.
Rapid 15-Minute Trench Setup: Built on a DOT-compliant towable chassis with integrated stabilizing jacks, the unit can be backed up to a freshly dug pit, aligned, and running at full operational temperature in under 15 minutes.
High-Yield Clean Ash Byproduct: Unlike uncontrolled open burns that leave behind piles of half-burned, smoldering logs, the M30G reduces incoming wood mass by approximately 98%, leaving behind only fine wood ash.
